Book a Messy session with us!
Our Stay and Play sessions are specifically designed for children with special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities.
To ensure a focused and supportive environment tailored to the needs of the children attending, we can only include siblings without special needs or disabilities in our family sessions. Thank you for your understanding as we work to create the most inclusive space possible.

By booking and attending a Messy Beanz LTD session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Mandatory Adult Supervision: Children remain the sole responsibility of their accompanying parent, carer, or guardian at all times. Due to the high-sensory and interactive nature of our sessions, active, one-to-one adult supervision is required. You agree to remain with your child and actively monitor their behavior throughout the entire session.
Sensory Materials, PICA & Additional Needs: Our sessions involve a wide range of sensory materials and equipment, which may include paints, mark-making tools (such as pencils and brushes), wet/slippery substances, small props, fabrics, artificial grass, and non-edible resources. If your child has PICA, a tendency to ingest non-food items, a reduced awareness of danger or consequences, or any other special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to actively monitor their interactions, manage their specific support needs, and prevent them from ingesting non-edible materials, misusing tools, or engaging in unsafe play.
Edible Sensory Play & Choking Hazards: Some of our play trays feature dry or raw food items (such as raw pasta, dried cereals, rice, or flour) intended purely for tactile exploration. These materials may present a choking hazard. While we use food-safe ingredients, it is the parent/carer’s responsibility to check our ingredient lists prior to play, manage any food allergies or dietary requirements, and actively supervise their child to prevent choking or improper ingestion.
Assumption of Risk & Physical Environment: You understand that sensory play involves wet, messy, and potentially slippery environments. While Messy Beanz LTD carries out thorough risk assessments to maintain a safe space, minor slips, trips, and messy accidents are inherent to this activity.
Limitation of Liability: Messy Beanz LTD accepts no responsibility or liability for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings (including clothing and personal items) occurring during our sessions, except where such injury or damage is directly caused by the negligence of Messy Beanz LTD or its staff.

We run at a low capacity to ensure we are accessible for all of our families. We also focus on parents and caregivers having a safe and welcoming environment to meet others and share experiences.

We offer a range of messy play activities that link to our weekly theme. these are laid out in our floor based tuff trays, which can be raised up if needed. We categorize our play in 3 ways: Taste safe, non-toxic and containing no edible parts. To keep our visitors safe information about each activity and what it contains is avaliable at every session. We have recently introduced Family sessions to our MessyBeanz program. These sessions allow siblings to come and join in the fun with us!
Please note every person attending the session must have a named, prebooked ticket.
-
Our rules of play are:
All children must be supervised by their parent/guardian during the session
Everyone attending must have a named ticket
Toys and resources must not be thrown at others
Children should be encouraged to show kindness towards others
Children eating food from home must be sat down away from the messy play
We understand children have different levels of understanding and ability to follow rules. We will work closely with parents so every child can have fun and stay safe at Messy Beanz.
